Ascend Recovery Centers operates the Palm Beach Gardens facility alongside sister locations in Charlotte, North Carolina and Albuquerque, New Mexico. The parent company, Ascend Recovery Centers, oversees clinical standards, admissions infrastructure, and continuum-of-care coordination across every location in the network.

Ascend Behavioral Health Network also operates Archangel Centers, a parallel sister brand launched in 2024 with Mike Sorrentino and located in Tinton Falls and East Windsor, New Jersey. Each Ascend and Archangel facility maintains its own clinical team and state license, but shares the network's evidence-based protocols and cross-facility referral pathways.

The network architecture is deliberate: a client who begins detox in Palm Beach Gardens can transition into outpatient care at a sister Florida location, or continue treatment at a sister state location if recovery requires geographic distance from a home environment.
