Ian Treacy is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Ascend Recovery Center, with over 16 years of behavioral healthcare leadership experience spanning program development, multi-state expansion, and strategic partnerships. As CEO, Ian directs Ascend's clinical vision, growth strategy, and marketing operations across a multi-state network of DCF-licensed and Joint Commission-accredited treatment facilities. Ian's leadership philosophy centers on three principles: clinical integrity over volume, transparent outcomes reporting, and aligning operational decisions with the long-term recovery outcomes of every client. Under his direction, Ascend has built a continuum of care that integrates PHP, IOP, standard outpatient, telehealth, and recovery residence coordination at a single Palm Beach Gardens facility — enabling clinical step-down without provider change. Ian works directly with the executive team to set quality benchmarks, supervise accreditation compliance, and expand evidence-based programming for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
